We aim to despatch all spares orders received before 4pm on the very same working day. In the event of a particularly urgent requirement outside of these hours please call our sales office on 01246 435801. We will always do our very best to help.
We will endeavour to use the shipping method you have indicated on your order, however in circumstances where the chosen method is either not suitable or not available to us (such as due to service, weight or size restrictions for example), we reserve the right to send by other more appropriate means and charge accordingly.
